Rather than treating the Star-Spangled Banner as a triumphant anthem, I imagined it as the final march of a battle-worn army. The familiar melody is transformed into a dark metal march that evokes exhaustion, determination, and the weight of war. My goal was not to reinterpret its message, but to explore how the same melody can tell a completely different story through arrangement alone.
