Having recently rewatched the movie "Drive" (starring Ryan Gosling), I wanted to try to rework the melody into a nostalgic synthwave track. To do this, I added a simple drum machine pattern, a pulsating synth bassline, synth pads and arpeggios, and some electronic FX.
